The University is engaging key stakeholders throughout the planning process. The University held its initial neighborhood meeting on May 16th, 2022, as a part of the rezoning process and will continue to facilitate additional opportunities for input from University stakeholders including students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends and the surrounding community. Additional community meetings have been held throughout the summer & fall.

The next ShawU District Neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 21 at 6 pm in Estey Hall Auditorium on the campus of Shaw University.
