Please join us for the following events and programs in celebration of Wellness week, beginning on Monday, October 4th through Saturday, October 9th.Wellness week will focus on overall well-being, which is an ongoing process and a life-long journey, not a one-time event. The idea of this week is to support students in taking action on all eight interconnected dimensions of wellness physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, vocational and financial in order to build everyday habits, which improve quality of life.
